New Manager appointed by the Tribunal

The Tribunal has today issued its decision as to who will be the Tribunal-appointed manager replacing Mr Coates from 1st October. The new manager is Mr Sol Unsdorfer of Parkgate Aspen, who was the candidate proposed by the Leaseholders represented by RACR. The Tribunal’s full decision can be found here.

Edited 1st October 2019: Leaseholders who have not yet paid their 1st October 2019 service charge demand should either pay HML before 1st October 2019 or Parkgate Aspen from 1st October. For Parkgate Aspen payment details please see here.
