Planned water outage Berkeley/Hanover Thursday 18th September 10.30pm

Parkgate Aspen have advised that following the discovery of a faulty gate valve in the Berkeley Tower plant room the hot and cold water supply to Berkeley Tower and Hanover House will be shut off for c.5 hours from 10.30pm on Thursday 18th September until 5.30am on Friday 19th September.

Please ensure that you turn off all taps to avoid any risk of flooding when the supply is restored.

Please also be aware that there may be some airlocks in the taps when they are turned on for the first time after the shut-off, which means water may splash/splutter with some force: please try and turn the taps on gently in order to let out any air that may have become trapped.
