Residents are advised that there will be no exit from the car park or road access to Canary Riverside from 07:00-12:30hrs on Sunday 10th March 2019 due to road closures for the Vitality Big Half Marathon.

The Law Commission is seeking to help leaseholders “take control over the running of their buildings”, and this week issued its proposals on reforming the right to manage legislation.

We have been asked to confirm the role of a Tribunal-appointed Manager, following some lessees confusing the role of the Manager with that of a managing agent.
