A planning application PA/22/00143/NC has been submitted to create an additional floor on top of Virgin Active (the ‘Club’ building) for an open-air 90-seat terraced restaurant. The Sixth-floor terrace would be in addition to the existing two restaurant floors (that have been vacant since 2013, following the demise of ‘The Battery Club). Message from Parkgate Aspen re essential maintenance works on the high voltage electricity supply in to the estate:

We write to notify you that that HVSS will be carrying out essential works on the high voltage electrical equipment on the dates & times below:

 26th September – 06:00am – 16:00pm

By using standby supplies, we anticipate there will be little to no noticeable disruption. However, our security staff, concierges & the estate manager, Ronnie McCarthy will be on site when these works are taking place, and will be able to assist with immediate effect should there be any outage issues.
